Thank you! She was rendered in Reality, posed in Daz Studio. The skin is Vienna, available on Renderosity; the outfit is Daz's Earane, with textures from Chohole.

The skin and outfit textures surprisingly needed no tweaking at all for Reality! I rendered to around 96 samples per pixel, then did some color tweaking in Gimp, and some layering of the image with itself to bring out some details and give it a bit more 'unearthly'/'divine' look.
