Not sure I agree that Kate is the best WW around. But your morph does make a compelling case for Kate to at least look the part. She's a beatiful woman and she definitely can kick ass.

As a movie junkie, I love pictures like this that look like movie posters. Really nice job.

As far as the role goes, Kate's been overexposed as a vampire and the WW role should go to a talented unknown who is in her very early twenties. WW should project both innocence, unshakable integrity and fantastic strength during her first encounter with man. Which says she has to be young. That will be most believable with a relatively unknown actress... someone with enough stature and fitness to be believable. Not to mention WW's famous figure. No acting baggage, as WW is definitely going to be traveling light when she arrives (wearing that wondrously tiny costume and nothing more)!

Given that that's a ridiculously hard casting call, its no suprise that dozens have names have been associated with the role, but that Whedon wisely is taking his time, focusing on his script. Which I'm crossing my fingers will be as original, refreshing and unexpected as Firefly, and not a Superman/Batman/FF4 kind of prredicatable homage. I'd like to see him add a new dimension to the mythos, and not just 'special effect' a story we've all read a hundred times in graphic novels.
