While the powers out Catwoman stalks the rooftops of Gotham City.
I based this on jim Lee's virson of Catwoman in HUSH where she wears a black costume.
This took longer than I thought because the original pic I was going to use turned out to be to small and it took a while to find another I liked. I was going to add the rope/belt but I think she looks better without it. Let me know what you think.

The ladys name is Ramona Drews

that is hair comming out od the mask
unfortunatly I couldnt get rid of it without messing her face on the base pic,
and I kind of liked it.

BB: yeh I kind over did the wrinkles.

Love the pose and costume, but what's with the strings hanging down in her face? It's distracting.

Ooh, I like this. Especially the Ef-Me Pumps, you know you really are one badass Villian when you can run around rooftops in those.

A little wrinkly, but others here will applaud the wrinkle use. Good job! Remember this when the Dodge and Burns come around.
