Brooke Burke is the base model.  This one was a collective 15 hours put into it, and I'm posting it unfinished simply because I got sick of looking at it.  No background no effects just her.

the topwas actually easy, just a few layers and a magnetic lasso until I git the desired effect... be quite honest I don't remember much mor than that.
