Anyone remember Tom Strong?  This is an attempt at one of his villains.  I don't like that there are no grond shadows, but I just didn't like the effects I got when I added more light.

Cool, Tom Strong is awesome. She doesn't really look bulky enough to be Ingrid Weiss, but it's definitely a good start!
