Awhile back here on Heromorph, I was discussing with other artists the idea of a BANZAI GIRL movie.  "Who would play me?" I wondered, after shooting down  the idea that I could play myself.

A number of names were kicked around.  I think everybody decided that if a BANZAI GIRL movie were to be made in 2010, then Vanessa Hudgens would be the logical choice.

But when I originally conceived BANZAI GIRL a few years ago, I had someone else in mind:  Kristen Kreuk, who played Lana Lang for years on Smallville and Chun-Li in the recent Street Fighter movie.

Witchblade artist Adriana Melo graciously did a drawing of Kristen as my character, and I thought to share it with you now.

Beautiful pic! The close up is simply awesome and I love the peek at Banzai's black lace thong! P.S. I would definately see a movie about her!

Too bad the likeness to Kreuk is so poor. It's a good Banzai
girl image though.
