Re: Halloween Teamup Challenge: B and Thayne I had alot of fun on this one. I did the math and figured out that normally I've been posting about 2 drawings a week this year. But as soon as I found out I'd be working with B..... I averaged 2 drawings a day. And then to see how my pencils look once he gets ahold of them. I just get blown away.

Re: Halloween Teamup Challenge: B and Thayne Meh... it's OK.  This is great. If I did only have one nitpick, they don't have any interaction. They appear to be in a line up. Alsmost like I am watching the end of an episode of "Face Off" But that has nothing to do with the actual artwork which I like A LOT. Nice team up.  |

I think this one really blended both of your styles in a seamless manner, still showing each of your styles but it becomes a perfect 3rd style that is the compliment of both. Excellent! |

Re: Halloween Teamup Challenge: B and Thayne Art Notes: This was fun. I enjoyed working with Thayne a lot. We decided pretty early on to do an ensemble pin-up/poster image. The original idea was to go for Marvel characters who actually were monsters at one time, but the barrage of random names being tossed around ended up drifting more generally into Halloween-appropriate characters. Thayne drew everyone (as well as several early takes and characters who didn't end up included), I painted them in Photoshop, made the background, and put everything together. Roll call: Back row (left to right): Man-Spider, Vampire Storm, Frankencastle, Morbius the Living Vampire; Front row: Capwolf, the witch Callisto, Satana (Daughter of Satan), and the Goblin Queen.
