Wasn't it nice of whoever destroyed the city to leave that grotesque alone just so Bats would have something to perch on?

Solid pic, quite moody. Can't add much to what Star said about the rain effect.

nice. judging by the destruction to gotham..i'm assuming this is some futuristic or alternate reality incarnation of the Dark Knight.
my only nit. is that like so many other people who attempt to incorporate rain into their images they forget about making the rain react to its surroundings. splashes and wet surfaces would go a long way to putting this in that top ten category. imo.
