this is my attempt at a character sheet for a redesigned, reimagined Spider-Man. I took the premise of "Suppose Spider-Man had Been a DC character taking the place of Batman" I know some might find this very idea blasphemous, but I hope most can enjoy it for what it is, a foray into my imagination and alternate possibilities.

nice concept. i think a cape made of webbing would have rounded this out and gave it that real DC Comics feel to it.
