thanx guys.
Glad you noticed Pijon . i wasn't happy with any of the other images of Tempest I've posted so far so I wanted to display more sexiness from Tempest even though she more or less carries herself in a snooty regal manner. As for the effects I'm not disappointed at all especially if you got the sense of both lightning and blizzard as I intended.

She looks good and that pose and expression give a nice sense of personality. Strong work on design and FX too. Great job!
