* Update* CHANGED THE STOCKINGS a bit.

Just picked to make Black Canary at random, I mean I did binge watch, The Batman, Justice League and Young Justice animated series... Google image searched for references. The "stockings" are in fact the GSuit for Genesis, as is the suit. Used a mixture of shaders with custom coloring.

There are many Net shaders you could use. I think there is one in "Pimp my prop" and a bunch in the newer iray shader sets.

I like the classic style and she's definitely a hot version but it looks like you used the wireframe UV maps for those stockings. Something a bit more evenly spaced and this would make this perfect.
