The intergalactic federation of worlds (Federation or IFGW for short) Maintains a fleet of several thousand variations of ships ranging from small scout vessels and Medical frigates to supersized carriers and dreadnought class capitol ships. Seen here is a corvette class ship leaving Federation Starbase 33. All Starbases are fortified against enemy incursion and in the event of an attack move to a distant orbit to avoid planet-side casualties.
