I think you did a great job on this. The shading on the cape and skirt look fine, but they make it look like she's just hovering instead of flying.

Just in addition to my first comment, I would like any suggestions or help I can get in regards to the shading of the cape and the skirt. I realize it doesn't look as realistic as it should.
