My Submission for the Create a New Herald for Galactus Challenge.  I wanted to do something modern and something humorous.  So thinking how the Silver Surfer was made in a time when Surfing was the big thing, I realized that todays big transport thing is the Segway, and thus, the Silver Segway was born.
