Flamebird is a DC character. She developed a crush on Nightwing and decided to become a heroine to impress him and gain his attention. The ploy failed, but she continued as a costume hero and has shown up in the Teen Titans and briefly in the Hawk and Dove series with Hank and Dawn, several years ago.

Ouch. This one didn't blow up that well, either.
Does anyone have a good Tutorial for taking a small .jpg and blowing it up?

Flamebird is from the Amalgam Universe, when DC and Marvel combined some of their characters. Not sure which two she is, however...
