Plain vanilla cheesecake, served up coffeehouse style.  N-Joy.

I have to say it. I'm sorry, but I do.
Everyone's blood pressure is through the roof with this one!

Neat, WhitePaw! IThe more I look at this one, the more I like it too. I'd take a big ol' slice of that cheesecake any day! [I don't care what it does to my cholesterol count! ]

 Re: Powergirl
Thanks. I was just seeing what I could do outside the usual Photoshop box and comic book style. I wanted something artsy-fartsy for my deviantart.com debut.

This is mechanical pencil (goofed up her pelvis and hands) on Zerox (coulda used better, bigger paper), scanned...shaded with a graphite stick, colored with chalk pastel...scanned again. Finished in Painter 9 using its watercolor, pastel, paper texture, and camera effects.

Glad its growing on you. I'm still an all-cheesecake chef but this kind of natural-media-gone-digital is where my cuisine is headed. I blame it on the fine arts life drawing classes I've been taking. They've ruined my pallet

Wow, this is really different looking. What did you use for this?

I wasn't sure if I liked this at first but the more I look at it the more I like it.
