Originally these four illustrations had been produced separately so that I could distribute them among my RPG players. I am 31 years old and still adore this cartoon (yes. These characters were based on a cartoon).

One of the most complete examples that a good story added to a crew of excellent professionals can conceive one memorable and educational cartoon (for all ages).

I will not reveal the names of these characters. But I will give two tips: 20 years of aging and two people and one animal are missing here.

They've made a comic book with them so I am not cheating you, ladies and gentlemen.

 Re: Forgotten heroes
Now I must give an answer to those who were interested in these characters.

Yes. Here we have four freely based illustrations on Dungeons and Dragons cartoon.

I bet that many RPG groups already had played with these personages. Many already had wanted to conclude what the cartoon never obtained: bring them back home.

The adventure that I made, with the aid of a friend, can be summarized thus: twenty years had passed and our heroes had not return to their world... The Dungeon Master disappeared after Venger’s death by Tiamat. Without the Master, each character followed its proper route. Hank and Scheila had become lovers and they still follow the dream (that’s why they still have their magic weapons). Diana returned to Turadh (does somebody remember what it happened in this city?). Eric melted his shield (only the cavalier could do this) and he transformed it into an armor. Presto improved his magic and disappeared from the Kingdom in search of Dungeon Master. Bobby was adopted by a royal couple of a kingdom that I created and, happy, was crowned and had a son with his wife. Uni is still a youngling therefore the longevity of a unicorn is well known by D&D players and it remains with the so-called King Robert.

Now, Hank is 38 years old; Sheila, 37; Diana, 37; Eric, 36; Presto, 35 and Bobby, 30.

Presto and Diana are my little tricks for a next adventure and that is why I did not draw them.

Notice that in the episode "Dragon’s Graveyard", Hank had the chance to assassinate Venger. Saving him, Hank became, in my opinion, somebody whose ideals are nobler than those adopted by the elves (sad to know that they had never met in the cartoon).

And yes: I read "Requiem", the last adventure. Gorgeous work fulled of interesting questionings as... the corruption of the young. http://www.mindspring.com/~michaelreaves/D&Dpreface.html

It's missing the Wizard, who's spells never came out right. And maybe the Acrobat.

And Im 30, still watch cartoons, and am still a D&D addict.

Is there one missing? The Acrobat (can't recall her name just now), unless she is the one with the bearded man (bobby, I think) and child.

Nice work, BTW ^_^. You know, I found somewhere on the net the script for the unaired final episode of the cartoon; have to go back and read it someday.

Android, I've got to say you draw as well as you manip. I'm not familiar with the cartoon, but used to play D&D, so I like the concept. And by the way,
I'm older than you and still watch cartoons.

I'm saying Dungeons and Dragons also.

The girl at the bottom looks like sheila, the bow guy looks familar (hank i think) and the gold armor guy i think is eric just becasue of the style of his armor (including symbol) i just never remember the helmet.

I likes alot

 Re: Forgotten heroes
I wanna say Dungeons and Dragons (I remember watching that cartoon as a kid) because of the guy with the bow. But the two on the right are really throwing me off. Are you going to give us any hints?
Very nice drawings the details are fantastic. Well done. Your style reminds me of Bart Sears.
