| WHA-tchmen? blubeetle3 DC Comics 2011/11/12 19:26 2807 4
Okay. Let's clear this up: Blue Beetle is NOT A DIRECT INSPIRATION for Nite-Owl. So, just because Nite-Owl has... shall we say... intamacy issues, doesn't mean Beetle does, too!
GOT IT?
P.S. How do you like the new Phantom Lady character? |
|
| Oreo Addict blubeetle3 DC Comics 2011/10/2 17:42 2205 3
Oreos. They are addictive!
Sure, J'Onn tried to ween himself of them with Chocos (the sandwich equivalent of methadone), but, the Oreos keep calling out to him with their sweet, sweet siren song. |

| Beetle Loves It! blubeetle3 DC Comics 2011/9/18 14:46 2576 3
Being a superhero who DOESN'T fly sometimes has its advantages!

Fire and Ice display their national pride. |

| PERFORMANCE ANXIETY blubeetle3 DC Comics 2011/7/24 11:59 2677 4
Yeah. You know what I mean.
BLUE BEETLE is a copyright of DC Comics. BOMB QUEEN is a copyright of Jimmie Robinson. |

| Kolchak: The Night Stalker blubeetle3 TV and Movies 2011/7/11 9:58 2734 7
Carl Kolchak. Intrepid reporter. The X-Files and Supernatural owe so much to Kolchak for blazing the way that it's not even funny.
As far as I know, this is the first Kolchak 3d rendering on the net. So, not only is this the first, as of now, this is the BEST 3D RENDER OF KOLCHAK ON THE ENTIRE INTERNET!
WOO-HOO! I RULE! |
|
| The Big Switcheroo: Knowing the Rules blubeetle3 DC Comics 2011/6/3 18:48 2851 3
Fire informs the feminized Blue Beetle of some of the rules of being a woman. Ted still doesn't get them! |
|
| Martian Manhunter M4 blubeetle3 DC Comics 2011/5/29 19:49 1974 0
I'm starting to warm up to M4. It's giving more options to really add character to the faces of characters. |
|
| "Not FUNNY, Booster!" blubeetle3 DC Comics 2011/5/29 5:30 2323 3
Hey, female Blue Beetle is back! And he/she is not happy!
Apparently, when Beetle was in the shower, Booster snuck into Teddy's (Tedina's? Theodora's?) room and stole all the clothes in there. But hey, atleast Booster left a t-shirt. Unfortunately, it was THAT t-shirt!
Booster Gold is a dead man. |
|
| Guy Gardner M4 Version blubeetle3 DC Comics 2011/5/15 15:18 2450 8
As some of you may know, I prefer Michael3 to Michael4 for my superheroes. However, M4 does offer better facial morphs, which is a plus for some characters... Guy Gardner being one.
This Gardner uses many of the same items as his M3 brother: RDNA Aztec Hair, Vadlor's Guy Vest, EZTop collar, etc. |

| Caught on MissVee Cam! blubeetle3 Original Characters 2011/2/7 7:18 3128 5
"Alas, will HM get a look the wee lass' ass?", MissVee lamented.
Unwilling to wait, MissVee devised a plan that would get her what she wanted. Along with her Co-(04)hort, she jetted off to Scotland.
Once there, she unleashed her devious plan: she placed a Euro on the road and waited for HIGHLAND LASS to pick it up! Afterall, HIGHLAND LASS was Scottish!
Sure enough, HIGHLAND LASS came along, and, as she bent over to pick up the Euro, MissVee got the footage she wanted!
We here at HEROMORPH congratulate MissVee for her continuing efforts to bring the fans what they want. |
|
| "Getting To Know You" blubeetle3 Original Characters 2011/2/6 16:17 2778 3
My last pic of HIGHLAND LASS didn't seem to garner much attention (and absolutely no comments). Maybe it was because I started with an action shot of a new character. Maybe it was because, as a new character, you didn't really learn anything about her.
So, I enlisted the help of POWER GIRL to re-introduce her to the Heromorph audience. |
|
| Introducing... HIGHLAND LASS!!! blubeetle3 Original Characters 2011/1/30 15:14 2301 2
A BB3 original, HIGHLAND LASS is Scotland's Defender. A long-legged, small-chested redhead with an attitude, she's no one to mess with. Aside from her clan tartan (and like a true Scot, she doesn't wear anything underneath!), she dresses in blue and white, the colors of Scotland's flag.
As Sean Connery's tattoo reads: "Scotland Forever". |
|
| MAXIMUM Outtake: "Eat It! blubeetle3 DC Comics 2011/1/27 8:22 2715 4
In another outtake from MAXIMUM MAGAZINE (The Men's Magazine for Men), the pure and virginal ICE WHITE, while on her way through the Enchanted Forest, finds herself tempted by the wicked FIRE WITCH. |
|
| MEGNASITA, Evil Sorceress blubeetle3 Original Characters 2011/1/20 19:25 2601 3
To paraphrase Lord Byron, she's "...mad, bad, and dangerous to know." A bb3 original, MEGNASITA is an evil alien sorceress. That's all you need to know.
Playing with a few new things here: lighting, focal distance, etc. Not the biggest picture I've done, but, I liked the way it came out. Dress by Flesh Forge (available as a freebie at HEROMORPH DOWNLOADS!). |
|
| The Black Beetle and Tiffany blubeetle3 DC Comics 2011/1/15 18:26 2372 1
An altenate dimension's BLUE BEETLE, the BLACK BEETLE is bad-ass. How bad-ass? He lets his cohorts call him "Teddy"! THAT'S BAD-ASS! I once described him by saying, "He's smarter than you. You know he's smarter than you. And he knows he's smarter than you!" Now, his favorite stripper/prostitute is hotter than yours! TIFFANY, that dimension's version of ICE is accompanying him.
These characters are "Version 2"s of characters that I have done earlier. |
|
| "You Gotta Problem With That?" blubeetle3 DC Comics 2011/1/3 19:10 3216 3
Testing the limits of my new computer and Poser 8. 11 complex characters all in one shot with raytracing and displacement maps. And, honestly, even this really didn't tax my system. Life is good. |
|
| Anatomy of the Blue Beetle blubeetle3 DC Comics 2010/8/27 19:34 2220 1
Is there a blue moon? Has hell frozen over?!
Who is this "blubeetle3" and what the hell is he doing here?
Yeah, yeah. I know. In all honesty, I never left. I've been lurking for the past year. Just haven't felt really inspired. Still don't really...
Anyhoo...
There's been talk on the DC Messageboards about updating Ted Kord's look when (IF?!) DC ever brings him back. I have to ask, "WHY?". Beetle is a classic Steve Ditko design. No need to drastically change it. Just add a couple of touches to modernize it.
LIKE THIS.
BTW, I'M BACK, BITCHES! (No, not really.) |

| MAXIMUM Photo Shoot: Picture #1 blubeetle3 DC Comics 2009/8/12 18:59 3172 8

| MAXIMUM Magazine blubeetle3 DC Comics 2009/8/9 11:21 2873 6
MAXIMUM Magazine, the Men's Magazine for Men, has come out with their latest issue.
...But, I only read it for the articles!
CHECK IT OUT, MAN! |
|
| Power Girl Version 2.??? blubeetle3 DC Comics 2009/8/1 18:20 3231 5
I have done so many tweaks and reworks on this character that even I've lost track.
Anyhoo... Here she is! With new skin shaders, a new belt buckle, new bodysuit texts and bumps, new boot text and bumps, yadda, yadda, yadda. |
|
| STAR GIRL blubeetle3 DC Comics 2009/5/18 9:38 3061 3
Young Courtney Whitmore is the legacy of not one but TWO superheroes: Starman and Star Spangled Kid. You can find her as a member of the Justice Society of America.
Interesting fact: Writer Geoff Johns created Star Girl as a tribute to his desceased younger sister.
You can download the excellent, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT Celestial Staff from the Heromorph Downloads. |
|
| Chicago's Finest blubeetle3 DC Comics 2009/5/16 20:58 2361 4
"Hey, buddy. SUPPORT THE BOYS IN BLUE!"
Unlike that scary masked vigilante in Gotham, BLUE BEETLE publicly supports his local police department. Here Beetle poses with Officers Ruiz and Mackiewicz for a publicity ad.
(P.S. Since this picture lacks the almost pre-requisite babe, I know the view count will be low. But, I felt like doing this picture anyway. So, there!)

|
| American Bad-Ass: DEATHSTROKE the Terminator! blubeetle3 DC Comics 2009/4/25 10:54 2543 4
"When you need a job done that you can't do yourself, you call in a professional. That's me."
Some characters start out as bad-ass and lose it over time. Other characters become bad-ass later on in life. Deathstroke started off bad-ass, still is bad-ass, and always will be bad-ass! |
|
| A Blast From the Past: ICEMAIDEN! blubeetle3 DC Comics 2009/4/21 18:59 4413 2
Hard to believe sweet, innocent little Ice used to wear a cotume that was so... REVEALING back in her Global Guardian days, isn't it? Even she's shocked.
I mean... C'MON! High thigh cut, a neckline down to her navel. Heck, she's showing more cleavage than POWERGIRL! (Although not quite as spectacular as Peegee's )
A classic example of developing a costume before developing a character. |
|
| Sinestro of Korugar blubeetle3 DC Comics 2009/4/18 17:07 2460 4
Sinestro.
Yang to Hal Jordan's ying. Greatest Green Lantern ever... BEFORE Jordan showed up!
Actually had this character done for awhile. Just getting around to posting it. All textures by moi. |
|
| The NEW Time Masters blubeetle3 DC Comics 2009/4/9 19:28 2390 3
Booster Gold accompanied by his twin sister Michelle a.k.a. Goldstar and his ever faithful robotic companion Skeets patrols the time stream looking for trouble.
Updated Booster's new look. Created Goldstar. And downloaded the Time Sphere and Skeets.
P.S. Skeets is Dave Chappelle's favorite comicbook character. SKEETS! SKEETS! SKEETS! |
|
| Gods' Gift to the World blubeetle3 DC Comics 2009/3/29 14:46 2841 3
Okay, I did a Wonder Woman pic. WANA MAKE SOMETHIN' OF IT!
Sometimes you need a little inspiration to give you a kick in the pants. So, I was watching the animated Wonder Woman dvd yesterday and decided to rework my Wonder Woman character.
Big ups go out to KBK for the Wonder Woman tiara and breast plate (also, for the Jennely textures).
P.S. Do any of you realize how hard it is to find a pictue of an ancient Greek city that's NOT in ruins? |
