| IGFW Mid-Range fighters are now the standard for the fleet replacing the older fighters. The F-357 nicknamed the "Magnum" or "The Widowmaker" is a warp capable multi-role trans-atmospheric fighter. Carrying a standard payload of no less than 32 long range antimatter intercept missiles 24 fire and forget AAI (Advance artificial intelligence) missiles capable of "dogging" a target and evading enemy fire, and 8 multipurpose IFC (in flight configurable) multifunction missiles and a single omni-directional Antiproton beam generator. The F-357 is a formidable warbird. Fast sleek and stealth capable this machine is the pinnacle in federation fighter technology. The F-357 boasts regenerative shields capable of withstanding a direct hit from a 20 gigaton warhead. Survivability on the battlefield was the primary concern for designers going forward and the effort shows. The craft is considerably larger than most space fighters at roughly 6 meters in length and 2.5 meters wide the large profile would seem to make it an easy target and were it not for the sensor-spoof technology it most certainly would be but getting a positive target lock on one of these death machines is easier said than done as it sends false readings which cause most sensors to falsely indicate that it is nearly 20 meters from its actual position. Pinpoint VMG thrusters allow this agile craft to turn 180 degrees in an instant these are synced with the Inertial invertors to prevent undue stress on the pilot. The powerplant is a JK Riggs dual antiproton injected core lined with Absorbium 120 which boasts a maximum output of 2.2 million gigawatts per hour for 6 hours at maximum output. The F-357 is capable of traveling at 5xLS5 for maximum range of roughly 10.7 light years before needing to refuel with an emergency reserve for an additional 30 minutes of flight time. An Adamantine reinforced pilot's compartment with built in maneuvering thrusters (which can be ejected in the event of catastrophic or impending damage) is resistant to tractor emitters and is visible most scanners as simple debris. Upon ejecting the warp cores are designed to breach destroying the fighter in a spectacular explosion which also acts to cloak the pilot's escape. Sensor scans of the fighter will detect only debris allowing the pilot to escape once the aggressors have departed. The federation does not consider any of it's fighter pilots or other crew expendable and works tirelessly to insure mission success and survivability are paramount. |

| I love doing dragon images and this one was a lot of fun, to get the insane speed look I took the water and stretched the plane by a factor of 500%. Then postworked a motion blue in photoshop. I's really proud of how it cam out. I try not to do very much postwork, usually none, and I feel that speaks well of my talent as a CGI artist. I love sharing my pieces with folks who appreciate what I create and find some enjoyment in int. Thanks for viewing everyone. |

| Narali Darkmane is a very powerful and highly accomplished mage. He physical abilities have been enhanced to near superhuman level via powerful magic and through the judicious use of powerful relics. She has been beyond the stars and has a sizeable group of followers and employs a small army. Over time she has crafted powerful weapons, armor and vehicles for her people and now explores the vastness of the cosmos in a massive orb measuring 10 miles diameter. Narali is incredibly intelligent and a capable leader but she is a Wizard at heart though any who have been foolish enough to believe her some feeble old hermit will find her skills with blade and bow are just as deadly. Her asteroid-like home is well defended with constant patrols and the interior is in an of itself something to behold. No less than 100,000 denizens reside within and the internal defenses (which she has put extra effort in concealing) are not to be easily dismissed. The asteroid itself boasts a large market and even a resort for those wanting respite from the cares of society and while she does charge a fee and all are welcome "Your weapons are not." as the asteroid has a STRICT no weapons policy. Medically people are treated/cured via magic, and in fact all of the day to day things that one would normally use technology for from cleaning to communicating is done via magic and often to greater efficiency and results. |

| Timothy Higgins, aka Megaton, a gentle giant capable of wiping out all life on any world he sets foot on. Because of his unfortunate upbringing on a planet outside of IGFW territory his abilities went undetected until it was too late costing the lives of millions when the poor child (only 5 years old at the time) tripped, fell, and struck the ground with a half megaton of force. The resulting explosion was horrific leaving Timothy the sole survivor and transforming his body into pure energy. Now timothy is safe having been rescued and placed in a containment suit. But Timothy still possesses immense power and has begun learning to use that power to help others. Under normal circumstances his powers would've been nullified and he would've been able to live a normal life but sadly doing so now would mean no less than his death. Timothy is mentally impaired and despite being 17 years old still thinks and acts like a well behaved child of 7. He is currently contained on a colony far from inhabited zones where he and children like him can be properly cared for. Timothy is exceedingly gentle and caring, which considering his powers is a blessing in and of itself. |

| Aboard Obsidian's ship the I.S.S. Phantasm, security is still handled by the very same clones that secured the S.S. Liillun. The difference now is that they are better armed and armored. Their environmental power armor can withstand the vacuum of space and a freefall from orbit without injuring the wearer. Advanced Hard Light technology even allows the wearer limited flight capability. Standard issue Phase weapons insure that they inflict no damage to the ship while engaging organic targets. Inorganics are handled with the SARIS Rifle which uses a VRS (Variable Round Select) similar to Obsidian's own rifle though the weapon remains a standard rifle in all other respects. The weapon can be modified with various optics and other accessories as any rifle but unlike ordinary weapons requires no cleaning or maintenance. The Heads up display can be linked externally to compatible systems including targeting systems attached to weapons. It is important to note that 99 percent of security officers are female as noted with all of Obsidian'd cloned crew. |

They have been allies of humanity since Solarans (Humans) first stepped beyond their own world. Their skin ranges from blue to deep green and ll colors in between and though scaled it very smooth and also cool to the touch. Also can often be found in the company of Solarans in nearly every aspect of life. It is not unusual for Solarans to mate with, and marry Ailoo and while at first glance this pairing would seem to be impossible the physiology of the Ailoo make such couplings possible. When a femal Ailoo conceived, the offspring favor the Non-Ailoo parentage, that is to say regardless of what species female Ailoo breed with, the child will ALWAYS be that of the Non-Ailoo parent. However, the same is true if the Ailoo is male. Of course breeding between two Ailoo results in a normal Ailoo child. |

Biography:
The eldest of Obsidian Mask's children Jenara loves her father though she believes he does not visit enough. despite her youthful appearance Jenara is considered middle aged by Solaran standards though she will undoubtedly outlive her entire Solaran generation. Jenara is bright and witty with a very bubbly personality and she genuinely tries to see the best in people and is somewhat too trusting. She maintains close ties with her brother and other family members and even talks with her father when he's not off "saving the universe". She was very close with her mother and tried to help her father process his devastation when her mother died. She has chosen not to take up her father's adventurous lifestyle and remains on Earth making an astoundingly lucrative life as a high profile attorney. Her father has of course contributed much to her wealth and has tried to be more active in her life. Jenara is divorced having caught her husband Richard cheating on her with her personal assistant Phillip. The revelation of Richard's orientation did not upset her so much as him keeping it a secret and going behind her back outside of their marriage but she otherwise bears him no ill will. In fact, Phillip remains in her employ as her personal assistant. the two have since married saving Jenara a fortune in alimony. Her grandchildren are the loves of her life, although she is concerned that they seem to share their Great grandfathers' wanderlust and penchant for adventure.
Like her mother, Jenara has never appeared in any visual medium or any story for that matter after a brief mention in my first novel. |

Synthea does not possess a full range of simulated emotions and most current androids do, though her Pleasure Drone programming remains hardwired allowing her to simulate affection. Synthea is a capable fighter and a skilled Tactical Officer thanks to her new programming. Like Rebo she owes her upgrades to Sabrina Wildman who refitted her at the request of Obsidian Mask. Synthea contains software capable of destroying a Maetricks Core brain and for this reason was taken from her desolate, arctic home-world and added to the Lillun-A's roster. Upgrades included skillset. Synthea has not as yet been used for her primary purpose and it is unknown how that would affect her current programming.

| Obsidian Mask Armor MK-XIII

Obsidian has been through many armor variants and to date this is the 13th iteration of his Absorbium 80 armor. The newest version dubbed the Mark 13 boasts a host of new features and accessories.
During his encounter with the Maetrix Obsidian discovered that a transporter beam was weaponized in much the same fashion as a disruptor beam. This weapon was more than capable of bypassing the safeguards which were designed to allow transport beams to affect the armor normally to allow Obsidian to transport to and fro. As a result the beam tore a significantly sized hole into the chest plate of the previous MK-XII. Because of that encounter Obsidian decided major upgrades would be needed. The MK-III does not allow a transport beam to lock onto or transport obsidian without manual deactivation of said safeguards. So while it is possible to use a standard EMT device the armor will absorb the beam as any other energy. With this addition came a modification to Obsidian's ship which replaced the technological transporter with a magical transport that utilizes a spacefold to transport off of the ship.
Another new addition to the armor is Hard Light emitters which for the first time allow flight capabilities and the use of primitive hand tools and weapons. A limited use micro replimation unit has also been installed to provide Obsidian with additional options in the field. However, the replimator can currently save a maximum of 8 items in it's database though Obsidian can swap the loadout as often necessary with the only limitation being that the files for each item need to be pre-programmed as the equipment necessary to record items for replication are far too complex to store in the armor.
The main drawback to Hard-Light and replicated items is that they have no special resistance to damage though they are not necessarily fragile. Hard light constricts usually require a significant amount of energy to operate but because of the unique construction of Obsidian's armor an abundant supply of energy is readily available at all times.
The most significant features added to the armor are the combat upgrades which enhance Obsidian's reflexes and strength. The servos in the MK-XII were previously capable of granting an astounding 100 ton capacity at maximum output, while the new servos (Manufactured using Infinitium components) are capable of nearly unlimited maximum weight capacity. The only restriction being that sufficient power needs to be absorbed by the armor in order to sustain output. As a result the armor's endoskeleton has been reinforced to in order to withstand the stresses of increasingly heavier loads. The floating skeleton can harden in sections as needed to act as a support with the servo program dictating which sections are to be reinforced. An FTL processor is required to respond as quickly as necessary. As a side effect for the first time since the armor's creation the skeleton can prevent Obsidian from being crushed to death. The second part of the combat upgrades is a direct neural input which requires several months of training to utilize properly without injury. It allows the computer to predict incoming threats and react independently of Obsidian's normal reflexes. The result is a near instantaneous reflexive response time that allows him to deflect projectiles and other incoming attacks without having to focus on them. The program can also utilize any weapons Obsidian currently equipped in his hands. The program is currently in defensive mode but can be set to offensive mode whereupon it will not only attempt to defend against the incoming attack but to also to destroy the source of the attack. The purpose of this system is to combat beings with superhuman speed such as Thunderbolt, Cheetah, Bloodstreak, and others.
The armor's vulnerabilities still include corrosives, Extreme cold, slashing/cutting attacks (not utilizing energy) and Abrasion attacks. Encasing the armor can immobilize it but if a sufficient energy supply is available the new servos will allow Obsidian to break free of all but the most durable substances.
The armor retains all of features previously installed in the MK-XII. |
