this is my first of two tries at firestar. two, because this seems a bit, ahem, above the pg standerd, which i was trying to stick to. so i figure i'll take a second whack at it, in a bit.
this was a request from Vampirelover, so i hope they like it.

ever since he did his latex rogue cos a while back i just had to combine two of my loves, Rogue and Latexed Ladies.
course, it does make sense. she wore this(or a version of this, shush you canon-ists you) when she was evil, and evil lasses love latex, if comics and fanart is any judge of the matter.
okay okay, its still a stretch(heh, stretch) but i likes it, so

welp, i did another group shot. sorry ^_^;
i originally designed this as another "this is my inspiritations" shot, with the mucho original title, Well of Ideas, but then i noticed just how much like a movie poster the overall composition was, and thought, well, might as well have some fun. so, its BASH BASH BABY! coming to a theater near you, NEVAR!
PS: yessums, i knows about the ickle small errors, and considering the mucho huge errors i worked ages on fixing, i do not mind them one bit.

FINALLY got a piece out. you wouldn't beleive how hard it has been to find both the time, and more importantly the inspiration to get a piece. I have to thank TylerMcdowell for the inspiration, cus after seeing his kickass batgirl, i had to make my own.
batgirl has always been a hard character for me to nail down, having done at least 5 iterations, without being satisfyed. I hope this one stands the test of time.
i also tried to make it more then a pinup, make it an actual piece of art. i was going for a realistic batgirl, and since rubber would be easy to make a batgirl costume, i imagined her buying it off the net. >_>
cause its easy to make it into a costume.

'The JLA, after the recent messes that were the Identity and Infinite Crisis's, decide they need more photogenic members, and a media boost. With the help of an enthusiastic Wayne Enterprises, a reality TV show Called 'I Can't Believe it's Not the Justice League' was born! The show follows twelve superhero contestants, four unfortunately male, as they compete with each other for the grand prize, a slot on the justice league! The first contest is between Veteran Heroes Starfire and Powergirl! The Contest?

soooo, i've been here at HM for 2 years today, and i wanted to do something special to mark the occasion. i was gonna just do a plain old PG render, but then i realized that you guys are prolly sick of her by now. so i thought, hey, the first pic i ever posted here was a batgirl pic. and i haven't shown off my new batgirl in a while, so i said hell, lets do that! and here ya go, done in the style of a Detective's evidence board. this is my batgirl, un-discovered by batman, non-paralyzed. i tried to throw in some tidbits to make it sure that she's not the cannon batgirl, but my own version. this isnt my character sheet, as i do have one of those in the can for her, but it was something fun i wanted to do. if any of you want, i'll post the seperate originals in the HAC.
anyway, thanks for 2 good years, and heres hoping for more!
PS: i know its chock full of little errors, and i'll prolly try to fix them at a later date, but for now i'm fine with them. |

the plot thickens! but really, i just love the idea of Cammy as a news anchoress. i was gonna have Chun-li be the weather girl, but decided, nahhh. i mean, yeah, Juli's a bit obscure Street fighter Chara, but i just like the design better.
And yeah, not as funny, but this is more of a connector piece, and a chance to bone up on my Photoshop skills. when i can get D/S to stop crashing, i'll do a pin-up of Cammy, and then do some more Batgirl. Sadly the next pic in the series has all Batgirl, no Cammy.

i don't know why, but i really like the idea of fetish twins....anyway, sometimes when i'm bored with aiko, i'll pull out V3, dust her off a bit, add some new clothes(GND2: Latex by Blackhearted) and make something i'm happy with. this doesn't happen a lot, as i like the flexibilty of Aiko more than the sometimes boring V3.
and yes, a non smack down pin up. so?!

i think for every couple of fetish pics i do, i'll do a few hero's pics, just to balance it out.
so anyway, really, really like this one. felt i got the humanity in their faces down pat. think of it as an elseworlds where there are no costumes, just things like this. i got a few more elseworlds finest ideas in mind, and one involing v4.
the little yellow balls are smoke gas pellets, duh.

so, this is my second try at firestar. i was going for a show of powers, but i'm never that good at Photoshop effects, so it really just looks like she's brighter than the surroundings, rather glowing, which is what i was trying for. other than that, i'm pretty happy with the pose and expression....so what other problems can you guys see? i do enjoy hearing your critiques, as it tells me where to focus on my other pictures.
this is for vampire lover, and i hope she enjoys this! i'll try to go back to firestar once i'm less busy, and do some good effects....

i remodeled batgirls costume after the year one/cartoon look. i like the costume so far, but am dissatisfied with the face....so any davice would be helpful! rest assured that i'll show a full body shot of this batgirl in a bit. the supergirl is a pretty straight port of the cartoon.
enjoy, and any advice, comments, or suggestions for new characters/scenes would be welcome!

you know, i always feel sorry for the various spiderwomenz. mainly cause as sexy as they routinely are, they are never popular as their main inspiration, Pre-Quesada Spiderman. Always in his once great shadow. but anyway.
