Well, I think I made some progress in my artwork this weekend. This is the first in a series of pin-up style images I plan to do. (Not really the "first", 'cause it was inspired by my Harlequinn pic) I'm focusing on DC heroines for now. Any suggestions? | So here ya go! About 4 days of work here, man my eyes hurt! All the armor is scratch-built. Anywho, I studied anything I could find on Greek armor and tried to incorporate it w/ her classic look. I think this character would drop the "Wonder-Woman" name and just go by "Diana". She would also be more warrior-like than her current incarnation. Enjoy! -Leif. |

oh, and about errors in this one: yeah, its pretty chock full of them, but it was such a trouble to get it to render, i dont really mind. also, i can give put any of the costume textures EXCEPT for the the hotpants/70's supergirl.

This piece has been sitting in my sketchbook for almost a year, screaming to be created. I started modelling Poison Ivy with every intention of putting her in a piece with Harley Quinn, but the model was never quite high enough in quality.
Over the last 6 months, I've modelled her from scratch 3 different times, tried several different outfits and textures, multiple hair styles, a dozen different poses, and even a couple alternate backdrops. It just never felt right.
This past weekend, I sequestered myself in my studio and told myself I'd finish her one way or another. Several sleepless nights and it's finally ready to be shared. I have a laundry list of items I'd like to alter/tweak/experiment on, but I have to call it done or I'll end up starting all over again. |

'so, i've been kicking around an idea for a few comic pages, done mainly for fun, and to see if i can, about Pg and Sg being in a reality Tv Show. Two superheroines living in the same apartment, that kinda shit. in my world, Pg would be a bit of a boozer, idiot, and all around slut, while Sg would be smart, moral, and a virgin. they would get along EXACTLY like a house on fire. i'm still kicking scripts around, but at the moment it remains to be seen if i ever finish one. ah well, enjoy this teaser for the mo.
and yeah, i know that powergirl's dimension spells the supes family name as 'L', but fuck it, i like the title.

So far, the Heroines and Villainesses Pie Throw event has been a surprise money maker, especially since none of the pastries involved sold at the HM bake sale. Next up is DC super villainess Poison Ivy. Ivy blows a kiss as if in defiance of the next thrower, whose turn it is to pie Pam's pulchritudinous puss as Wonder Woman and referee JrMcDeath look on.
