a creature of legend the Zaratan is quite possibly one of he largest natural living beings in existence. they live for thousands of years and are quite rare. Only a couple are known to exist on any world and are allegedly protected by the gods themselves. There are few creatures with no regard for a being as old or noble as the Zaratan. Zaratans measure in miles not feet or meters and are essentially indestructible by mortal means they move slowly and hibernate for hundreds of years at a time and often have large deposits of minerals and vegetation growing upon their shells. The shells themselves are incredibly thick nearly 50 feet at any point. The outer body of the Zaratan is similarly covered in barnacles and coral making the beast as a whole look like nothing more than a floating island. Zaratans hibernate near small islands and as a result have the perfect camouflage and can remain undetected almost indefinitely. There have been reports of powerful Mages taming and controlling Zaratans which is quite handy for someone who wants an island fortress that is mobile.
Zaratans are of Greek mythology and are the largest mythological creature to ever exist measuring at least 5 miles long. |

Sprites are tiny humanoid creatures that have insect-like wings and antenna. They possess magical abilities and are known for their love of practical jokes.They can turn invisible at will and have the ability to cast "Phantom noise" as often as they like. They live in large communities in dense forests where few creatures can venture although it is important to note that when their habitats are destroyed they can and do dwell in modern societies. They are often mistaken for Faeries however, Faeries are half the size of a Sprite and have gossamer wings and calling a Sprite a Faerie is to Sprites, a great insult. Sprites have a non-winged cousin called a Pixie who are otherwise identical in every way. Sprites can fly at speeds up to 25 mph or in short bursts (5 feet or less) of up to 75 mph. Sprites speak the dominant language of whatever world they live on, they use only the most primitive of technologies as they have no forging skills and few technologies are micronized enough for them to use effectively. On the planet D'Enebrius 6 the Sprites there are well equipped to that of the intergalactic standard and have miniature star-ships that are far more powerful then their full sized counterparts. No ship entering into their territory has survived any battle with their tiny fleet and nothing else is know about them as they are extreme Xenophobes.

| The Enfield like their Fox cousins make excellent pets, they share the same habitats and diet. Their ability as hunters is exceptionally precise combining excellent telescopic vision as well enhanced hearing make them formidable indeed. They are distant relatives of the Owlursus and are barely a tenth of the size. Taming them is exceptionally easy but they are excellent hiders and are rarely seen. |

| After much deliberation about bubbles i have determined the following...The lines in the bubble sucked, they bubbles were necessary for a whale having the life and Air squeezed out of it. The foreground imagery was there to give a sense of depth and failed. but not entirely. Now see the new version with many many corrections. |

| A fearsome mean tempered creature, The Owlursus or Owlbear at first appears to be a hybrid between a bear and an owl. In fact the Owlursus is actually a close relative of the Griffin and Like it's cousin in now only an apex predator but and excellent flyer, despite it's great size. Owlursai (plural) are more than twice the size of griffins and on their hind legs can stand nearly 22 feet tall. They can be tamed and used as mounts but they are far more feral and one must be on guard from these beast's infamous rages. They are unharmed by conventional weapons and they withstand extreme cold without ill effect. They are as one might suspect Carnivorous but supplementing their diet with fruits vegetable and nuts or processed foods has been shown to reduce their aggressive tendencies and make them more amiable to training. Owlursai are considered Magical beasts because like all magical beasts they look nearly identical no matter what planet they are found on. |

| Also called the Thunderer, Odinson, and God of Thunder, Thor is one of the Norse Gods of Asgard. Like all Norse gods he is immortal and quite powerful, unlike other deities, Thor is very pre-occupied with the affairs of Midgard (Earth) and the lives of mortals in general. Asgard is home to the Norse gods and is only reachable via the Rainbow bridge Bifrost Thor has two goats, Tangrisner and Tangjost (Tooth Gnasher and Tooth Grinder respectively) who pull his magical chariot. Asgard itself is adjacent to Midgard, Alfheim, and Valhalla, the hope of an afterlife for all those who follow the Norse faith. Thor is known for his incredible strength (surpassed only by his son Magni) which is due to his Magical belt Meginjord,which doubles his already considerable strength and allows him to lift his mighty hammer Mjolnir. The warhammer was created by dwarves who accidentally broke the handle, however, Thor liked the feel and asked them not to fix it. Thor requires a pair of gauntlets Jarngreipr in order to protect his hands from burns when the hammer returns to his hand which the gauntlets enable him to do. His staff Gridarvolr was a gift from Grior the Jotunn which when combined with his gauntlets saved his life. Thor has full control over storms and more specifically lightning and no lightning, natural or magical, can harm him. Thor is fond of drinking and may be encountered in a bar or tavern acting rather raucously. He is quite the chauvinist and womanizer, and is also quite short tempered. While he is known for his sense of honor and great strength he is also known to be a bit dim and quite gullible. |
