|
| GHOST RIDER KER1 2006/7/24 6:30 1861 2
I did this piece with a couple others for a ling of graff styled shirts for Marvel some time ago . . . . I might do a more "up to date" version of this . . . . always liked the idea of the Ghost rider as the GHOST WRITER with the spray cans shootin' flames out! |

I am really looking forward to seeing what Ray Parks does with this character in the movie. If they still make the movie. |

| Spider-Woman vs Spider-Woman DAGhoul 2006/7/23 18:43 2937 7
well... someone had to do it. it wasn't until i pieced this together that i realized something: their hair and costumes are inverted. black hair & red costume; red hair & black costume. |

| Do I smell pork-er? VagabondX 2006/7/20 16:38 2119 6

| Sue Storm: Voluptuous style VagabondX 2006/7/19 15:04 3069 8
This is for the Sue Storm week. I tried to draw her as more of a voluptuous female rather than the thin as a rail, ribs pokin' out variety we usually see in comics. Although I'm a huge fan of those also. And don't ask me whats up with the hair. I have no idea. Hair, especially womens, is one of my MANY major weaknesses. |

| THE THING! KER1 2006/7/17 7:36 1719 1

| Weapon X VagabondX 2006/7/16 15:11 2420 6
I recently read a Wolverine novel by Marc Cerracini about when Logan was captured and subjected to the adamantium bonding process. There was a scene in it where Logan first regains consciousness after the procedure and kills the first technician he encounters. The image of him standing over his victim when he is discovered by security was so vivid it made me want to do this. I sketched it in my book with a ball point. |

| BLACK WIDOW KER1 2006/7/7 6:56 2590 4
Always thought out of all the Russian characters Marvel created, Black Widow was the best. . . . she'd make a great comic flick if they got the right director and person to portray her! |
|
| TIGRA KER1 2006/7/7 6:53 2844 3
This character i gotta say is one PAIN in the ASS to do. . .with all the stripes and stuff, but when all was said and done i was happy with the outcome! This one was for my boy Ricardo! |
|
| ELEKTRA: Reborn KER1 2006/7/7 6:52 2293 4
Well what can I say?. . . .I'm just havin' a blast with the colored pencils!!. . . .I liked the way the DEADLY BEAUTY came out so much, that i decided I just HAD to do her in the white outfit. . . .she had to be REBORN.. . . |
|
| Magneto Thayne 2006/7/7 1:59 2966 14
Got the scanner back up and runnin after fixing a pebmak problem. Suddenly hit with the urge to draw. So here's a free hand to get back in the swing of things. Only used a costume reference.
***Update**** A co-worker insisted I finish this. Not to mention that despite it's problems everyone seemed to love this pic. Add the fact I took Jr's advice after watching those Jim Lee vids I posted. Resulting in buying a rapidograph, kneading eraser, and a non photo blue pencil. This seemed to be the best one to test my new toys on
On the photoshop side of things... Everything went well except the highlights. So yes, I'm aware of that |
|
| WOLVERINE: Bezerker KER1 2006/7/6 10:22 2204 2
