OK, I managed to pull myself away from DDO to post the stuff I haven't posted here at my home website. Here's a piece I did for C2F's Ultimates theme day.
My rendition of Ultimate Quasar is inspired by Bryan Hitch's unofficial rules on designing characters.
1. Make them look vaguely like a hollywood actor. 2. Costume will be inspired by motorcycle gear.
3. Light eminates from costume.
4. Profit!
The model is the James model from Poser 6. The costume is illustrated and modeled after a motorcross suit. The energy effects are from playing around with layer styles, layer masks and 20% opacity yellow lines and dots. |

In my opinion,The Ultimate's universe version would be a slightly ditzy,party girl ,while her Jen Walter personia would be an ice queen corporate lawyer.
