| DC MUSCLE: EARTH TWO Hisstoryman 2009/12/29 16:40 4670 4
I wanted to do a counterpart to my "Marvel Muscle" manip from a while back. For some reason, the old Earth Two JSA & Infinity Inc. were just the heroines to fit the bill. I borrowed (with mucho editing) PG from an earlier manip I had done.
Models Power Girl: Melissa Dettwiller Fury: Joanna Thomas Wonder Woman: Britt Miller Wildcat II: Devon Michaels

This is likely what would happen if you really tugged on Superman's cape. I mean c'mon, he's a boyscout.
Now batman, tug on his cape and he WILL kick your @$$! |

| SUPERMAN & SUPERGIRL VS. KRYPTONITE GIRL! JinkyCoronado 2009/10/30 17:01 12329 7
Finally: Here's the full-color version of my drawing of Superman and Supergirl being terrorized by Kryptonite Girl. Color is courtesy of Katrina Mae Hao.
As I mentioned when I posted the line art version some time ago, this is based on a 3D illustration posted by someone else. I wanted to add some motion and energy to the concept, and shake off the stiffness inherent in Poser-type illustrations, and see if I could make it work.
This is the first time I've ever drawn Superman -- or Supergirl, for that matter!
What do you think?
Hugs,

| SUPERMAN & SUPERGIRL by Jinky Coronado JinkyCoronado 2009/10/7 10:57 4807 7
Last month, I saw a wonderful 3D image here on Heromorph, of Superman and Supergirl being defeated by a gorgeous Kryptonite girl.
It really made me wanna try my own version of that same drawing, because I really haven't drawn that many mainstream super-heroes.
So, with a thank you and a tip of my non-existent hat to the original artist, here's my version of that scene. (Colorists are welcome!)

| Wonder Woman Sketch ReddEra 2009/10/5 22:13 3676 14
So this is a pencil sketch in my sketch book. I scanned it in today. Just spent an hour adding more shades, darks and lights. I did not go in and clean the lines up. My new sketch book is for me to challenge myself. This is me working on perspective and being dynamic. So it is practice. The original sketch took about forty minutes. here is the original pencil with out the extra computer stuff. http://heromorph.com/heromorph2/modules/myalbum4/photo.php?lid=14233
0.7 lead, Mechanical pencil, Photoshop CS3, Wacom Intuos. Total time 1 hour 40 min
This is fan art, Wonder Woman is property of DC comics. |

Wounded intergalactic peace keeper Abin Sur, heads to earth in hopes of refuge. His Green Lantern ring detects the perfect safe haven: the secluded island of Themyscira. With his dying breath, the alien passes on his ring to the one selected as most worthy of the amazons, princess Diana. With her newfound power ring Diana must decide if to take on the quest to protect sector 2814 or forgo the ring and accept the task of ambassador of peace, Wonder Woman.
Ok, its been a while so I managed to work through my chronic procrastination and finally finish!. This piece was made by frankesteining various action figures most notably CS Moore's She Dragon , Fathom and Witchblade models... enjoy! A special thanks to the folks at the Hellfire club for the great design tips! |

| Ryan Reynolds as Green Lantern outlaw2LK 2009/8/14 10:29 3597 8
I'm surprised that I haven't seen many Green Lantern manips out there since the news of Reynolds taking the mantle; so I thought I'd whip one up real quick.
I think that JoshMC has one out there, but I haven't seen him post it on HM.
So here is my take on a movie version costume. I know that with most costume adaptations, (with the exception of Batman) they try to show more of the actor's face. So I slimmed down the mask for a more Robin-esque look. |

| WONDER WOMAN by Jinky Coronado JinkyCoronado 2009/8/10 20:47 4383 9
I just returned from Chicago Comic-Con (which used to be called Wizard World Chicago Con...and before that, it was, umm, Chicago Comic-Con)....
A fan wanted me to do an 11" x 17" commission of "Wonder Woman with her lasso, no background," so I chose a pose that was playful, not intense, almost like a young goddess playing jumprope but not quite so obvious.
I don't like doing Con sketches at a booth. (Let alone more complete illustrations there.) They rarely turn out right, I don't have my light table and references and can't shoot poses of myself and all that, so I'm never happy with the results. So it's better for me to take home the more complicated ones and do them here, like I did with this one.
I may still fine-tune it more, but I though Heromorph at large might enjoy seeing me do something that's not Banzai Girl...
Hugs,
