This is actually my first attempt at combining a live model with a painted-on custume. Critiques would be welcome.
Edit: changed the cape.
And yet, it changes not... Once again, the ways of the Heromorphs interface prove to be too much for my fast-aging brain. |

| Megan Fox - Wonder Woman Wolverine1607 2009/4/14 17:48 17416 10
I know there has been some thoughts about who should be and play Wonder Woman if there is ever a movie here. I was browsing through the net the other day and came across a poster made for Megan Fox as Wonder Woman. I really liked the look of it so I began my own version of her here. The base photo used here was a photo manipulation of Megan Fox and I assume model pieces. I did do some minor touch ups of course here. The original was posted at a Fakes site. The original artits for Megan was a user named Steve Fly. So no credit really to faking this one. Otherwise a cutout and replacement of the hair back in. Touchups on the skin, eyes, and face here. Uniform is mine of course, the concept was from a uniform idea that was posted for a cover of Rolling Stone. I liked most of it but not quite all of it. So I did change it a little bit here. Rope was manufactured in PS CS3 as well the rest of it. The background was just something I came up with and threw in. Originally it was all a blue one but I really wanted to break it up here and throught it looked better broken up. After three days of different images here in the background, and around 16 hours on the Model as a whole this is where it will sit here. Wonder Woman character belongs to DC Comics. Fan art here is on me. And what does one more Wonder Woman image hurt anyway. Another one of my favorite characters to do here. Thanks for those who look here. Comments and crits always welcomed. As well any thing I can answer or help any one with, with anything I manip or do, just let me know here. Thanks guys! |

She is one of Wally West's twins, she looks so grown up because her time on the speed force (or something like that, or because we shouldn't post under age models) Anyway, with all the Flash Rebirth coming, i felt like doing a flash manip, and i havent seen this one here

Is this not the DC fanboy dream? To be honest I don?t care much for the idea of having a JL film, especially one involving Nolan?s Batman (but that?s an argument for another day!). One of the things I get requested the most is something Justice League related and whilst this isn?t quite JL, it?s DC Comcs? Big Three, |

| Batman and Catwoman joshmc 2009/3/16 23:45 5060 7
Took a promo image from The Dark Knight and combined it with a perfectly position body stock image (courtesy of Marcus J. Runum stock images), Batman is of coarse Christian Bale (who has hopefully calmed down :) ), Catwoman is Marion Cotillard. Ah the Bat and the Cat, will we ever see them on screen again? Who knows. |

Been a while since I posted stuff here. I actually had the idea brewing for sometime. I found an image of my default Harley Kristen Bell that matched beautifully with a promo image of The Joker. Sadly we?ll never get to see an actual image like this on film.:( |

| The Tattooed Man (III) Mark Richards Hisstoryman 2009/2/14 22:01 4473 7
1st Appearance Green Lantern V4#9. Mark Richards was a former U.S. Marine who went missing after his helicopter crashed a few years ago. He was presumed dead until he showed up in Gotham as a hit man. All his victims had tattoos of their sins.
Notes: The "living tattoos came out ok I guess, not what I was shooting for exactly. I probably could have saved my eyes a lot of pain if I had just frankensteined a pair of jeans on him, but I wanted to try drawing them. The gold stitch was a pain. Hope you enjoy! Rate and comment as you see fit. |

| EWF Entry: TNOB - EPISODE 5: Checking things out drunkendragon 2009/1/31 22:46 4729 7
Well, time for Barbara to get back to work. To the Library! Ho! (That?s a Thundercats type ?ho?? not necessarily a social commentary on Barbara?s lifestyle?but I digress) And Babs was happy to get out of her clothes, and back into her batsuit. (Yes, another variant suit?I know, but if they can have multiple suits for Keaton, Clooney, Kilmer and Christian?I think the dynamic damsel can have more than one, too?but again, I digress?) I wanted to go with a more serious scene this time, to give BG a more serious tone, and less ditsy, since this has become a serious problem for the girlie gumshoe of late - seriously. So, I apologize for a little less humor?and a little more dramatic atmosphere. (I was also trying to teach myself some lighting techniques, so any tips/critiques would be appreciated)
Hope you brought your library cards, kiddies??cuz I put plenty of stuff in there for ya to ?check out.?- oh, that was lame ? sorry.
Plus, just for kicks, I made the desk marble-topped (Earth) The lightning flash (Fire), and there are bats in the ?brary, as in my belfry (Wind)
Credits: As always, BG is portrayed by Jennifer Korbin. Playboy mag cover is Jennifer Korbin?from her website?uh?jenniferkorbin.com. Pocahontas mag cover is, yep, Jennifer Korbin, c/o Mystique Magazine. (Maybe someday I?ll do a different model?nah?not for BG anyway) Carpet pattern via Genetica Viewer 2.5 pattern maker. Various comics are copyrighted and TM of their various companies. Lightning bolt from Obsidiandawn brushes. Batman vector shapes by retoucher07030 from deviantart.com
And very special thanks to HISSTORYMAN! Your Thundarr the Movie pic was the inspiration for the lower 2 shelves in the periodical rack! Old school rocks!

| The Nightlife of Barbara: Episode 4 drunkendragon 2009/1/22 16:31 3177 3
When we last left our heroine, she had successfully obtained the badge for the security section whilst fending off an onslaught of advances from the ?rear? Admiral?.
As she thrust the badge in the wall access panel in the Science section, a faint ?SHHTT? could be heard. The doors opened and she found herself on the balcony overlooking the costume contest? When suddenly?CLICK!... the spotlights came on?and? WHOOSH!...the curtains flew open?and BLAMMO!...the big screen lit up?
?Oh, No! Not again!? Barbara thought as she dropped to her knees?
Tune in next time as our heroine takes off her Star Trek clothes and takes off for? DUN DUN DUNNNNNNNN?..(Ominous musical notes) The Library!
Same Babs time Same Babs Channel Don?t forget your Library Card! (Please support your local library, librarians work hard, and people need to read)*
Please ignore the ridiculous attempt at sound effects, as I actually have no idea how to enunciate the sounds of lights, curtains and Big Screens?the door effect, however, is William Shatner from Airplane 2?
Thanks, Mrdockellis, for the link on deviatart.com! Jennifer Korbin also appearing as Babs in the Library. *This series is not sponsored by your local library. |

I started this on holiday last year, 6 months later & many alterations I finally finished it. It's been reduced a lot because it was an enormous file something like 500mb, I got a little carried away I guess. She's in the bleed by the way, hence all the flashy stars. Swift is next hope it won't be another 6 months. |

| Soul Taker drunkendragon 2008/12/31 16:29 5542 11
My niece wants to be a Ninja. I decided to honor her with this tribute to the great Tatsu Yamashiro. (Katana of the Outsiders), and her fabled Muramasa sword (the SoulTaker). The outfit is my version of her current one, but the Sword is modeled after hers from the original B.A.T.O. days. I had help from some friends with the Kanji, which translated is supposed to mean "soul pirate." The 12 spirits were added as a cheezy reference to the movie 13 Ghosts, which my family tried to watch for Xmas, but the DVD was scratched beyond repair, so we never got to see the 13th.

| Fire theparker 2008/12/30 3:16 5585 16
It's been a while since I posted something, so I thought I'd post this before the year is out. Here's my rendition of Fire, aka Beatriz da Costa. I figured she's never had a definite costume so I went with the modelling route as she's been known to do and well, there you have it. It's been sitting around incomplete for awhile so I just touched it up with time permitting, so it could have some issues.
The model is Lucy Pinder.
Anyways, enjoy. Comments are welcome.

The battle heats up as Superman takes on the psychotic monster known as Doomsday. WWE?s Chris Masters as Superman fights the never-ending battle against Hunter Hearst-Helmsley (Triple-H) as Doomsday. This is one SmackDown that?s definitely going to leave a mark. |

BatMan Wip, Hi everyone:) Ok this has to be the biggest Model in poly's, Ive ever had the chance to work with. my buddy Blackbirdi had found it and sent it to me to play with. This is a scan model I think?, I have to remove or lower the poly-count and so far this is what I have. the Rest is to big to put in one scene however, Im working on it;) Also the model did not have any mapping so Im mapping as I go. My Goal is to rig this bad boy, and do some renders Ive wanted to do. All rendered in Max. I hope you all like:) and have a Happy New Year. CHEERs. |

Stripped of her royal title, banished from her mother's realm, Wonder Woman seeks redemption. Since she could not bring peace, Diana takes up the other mantle of an Amazon, war!
Fully armored for what she knows may be her last battle, Wonder Woman prepares to lead the Justice League against the escaped meta human prisoners, in the nuclear wasteland of Kansas.

| Power Girl drunkendragon 2008/12/20 17:21 6614 11
One more for the League of Justice Babes. I enjoyed working on the Supergirl model so much that I just had to do her again. (Who wouldn't) So, for your enjoyment, here she is-- the fabulous Emily Dean. This time as Power Girl.
The Space background is my experimentation with lens flares and layer blends. The planet I created via Flaming Pear's free Lunar Cell Plugin (not an ad, just credit where credit is due) The Babes in the Bubble are the other LJB members, being escorted of course by GL, Superman in space suit, and Batman (not seen because he's in the Javelin.)

| My First Manip - Basic Wonder Woman erusnine 2008/12/20 14:05 4195 7
I have never done this before, but I love this site, so I did some image searches ... found a pic, and tried to add the costume. It's my first work. I downloaded a GNU image program called GIMP and started playing around. Never used the program before ... never did this before ... but I used to draw the old fashioned way (on paper) so I was hoping I might find an outlet here and some feedback. Let me know what you think. The background is from "http://www1.istockphoto.com/" and you can clearly see the "stock photo" watermark on the image. Next time I'll work on my own background. This time I was anxious to post... to get started.
Regards,
Erus
