| Elektra scarlettsyren 2006/8/25 8:10 4426 10
Model: Alzbeta Lenska Other Images: Just a background I made via PS7 with paper brushes.
Programs used: Paint Shop Pro5 (For all the manipulation)...and PS7 for the background.
I actually made this image for someone else, why it's so small...sorry. If I feel up to it, I may go back and redo the picture larger...I still have the manipulated image.
The work done...was actually a lot of work. I drew her clothing on, the little bands around her legs, her red bandana sash around her head..and her boots which you can't really see much of. I maniped out the gun that was originally in Alzbeta's hand...and placed the Sai there instead. I added the other sai to her leg (I am well aware it's on the wrong leg...but it didn't work the other way!) This actually took 4 hours to do. |

| Temporal Child: Blink scarlettsyren 2006/8/25 8:10 3023 10
My all time favorite comic book character...Clarice Ferguson...AKA...Blink.
Model: Laetitia Casta Other Images: Just the spiffy background Programs used: Paint Shop Pro5
Work Done: Lots of fun work here. The original picture had the strange metallic costume already...it was an advertisement for makeup. So I changed it from silver to gold around the neck and green for the body. Mostly to follow after the gold and green little dress thing she wears in the comics. Changed her skin colour from normal flesh colour to Blinks beautiful Lavender colour. Her hair colour from Brown...to Blinks more pinkish auburn colour. (Although in the later comics it's just pink...wasn't always that way). Changed her eyes to white since thats what they were originally in the comics. (Not the strange green colour)...added the arm bands, and her spiffy facial markings..and I made her ears all pointy.

| Phoenix Rising: Rachel Summers (Phoenix II) scarlettsyren 2006/8/25 8:09 3803 5
Model: Keeley Hazell Other Images Used: Fire Program Used: Paint Shop Pro 5 (For most of the Manipulation); PS7 for the starry universe backgroud (made with brushes) Not perfect, but I am pretty proud of it. I drew the clothing on myself and used the multi-purpose tool in PSP5 to shadow and highlight it. Over all took about 2-3 hours to do, if that. It's been awhile since I made it.

Victoria Silvstedt as the Black Cat, taking a slight pause whilst she adjusts her accoutrements. Thanks to Dragondack for the base pic, and to all the folks who work-shopped this for me. |

| Velocity & Wasp VampireLover 2006/7/5 9:26 3527 4
This is something Mechman and I did last year. It was posted here for a short while, but when HM went down, it didn't make it to the new site.
I did Velocity. Mechman did Wasp.
If I shouldn't have reposted this, sorry. |

| Spidergirl-(Rooftop Stand) Jedifan227 2006/7/4 23:25 3176 3
Well, I think this is the last of the Spidergirl pics. This one just basically manipped itself. Alot of mine seem to do that. Anyway, YES it is dark, but to me, very believable. I promise my next few pics with hush those critics of my dark pictures. Here we see just a posed shot of her, with a helicopter light shining down on her. I guess shes been spotted. Enjoy! |

| Dark yet Dazzling Captain 2006/7/3 18:13 3067 9
Not sure who the model is ut I just saw it and knew. I have been looking for a dazzler model because I like the costume, though I made some of my own modifications, and wanted to try it out. |
|
| Psylocke - Danger Room Training Wolverine1607 2006/6/29 16:00 6200 15
I used the base image posted by BRaZZZil. I thought she would look good as Psylocke. The background is in the danger room as it changes from the room the program. I really like the way the texture on the uniform came out. I think the picture looks good overall. But as usual take a look and let me know what you guys think!? |
|
| Tigra Banks Freshmutt 2006/6/23 17:39 5883 20
This is one of those times where the base pic (http://www.amber-frey.net/pics2/Tyra-Banks-bra-1.jpg) just jumps up and says, "Do me!"
The hair, the pose, the make-up, they all seemed like Tigra to me. She was even wearing a bra with a chunky piece of jewelry in the center.
I figured since the photo was obviously designed with Tigra in mind, I might as well finish it. |
|
| Shadowcat and Antique Chair Wasmith 2006/6/23 13:20 4341 7
Kitty posing with a chair.
Took Thayne's advice and used a derivation of the yellow and blue costume. Left off the silly shoulder pad thingys. Figured she has just pulled on her bodysuit for the photo. |

| Spider-Girl (movie poster#2) Jedifan227 2006/6/19 5:33 4355 6
This is my latest Spidergirl pic. I really think that this would be a great spinoff to the series. Hell, Wolverine is gonna have his own flick, why not Spidergirl? This was a great pose, which will appear in the cookiejar.I had to do this picture. There was really no other choice. I have just about gotten the webbing down, but its really hard and time-consuming.The bracelets are really somekind of bangle bracelet I found on Google.I just typed in watchbands, and then searched. Eventually, I found what I needed. Now, I know there will be some debate about organic webs vs synthetic, but wasnt that the debate about the first movie? Enjoy!! |
|
| Invisible Woman dreamslayer 2006/6/13 6:45 7033 20
Sue Richards of the FF. When I first found this site I remember that there were a lot of minips of her, but I havent seen any in a long time so for old times sake here she is. |

| Meggan Shump1 2006/6/9 12:55 5879 19
Here ya go, BB! It's not exactly Uma, but Buffy's not a bad substitute ... if I do say so myself! |
|
| Spidergirl Movie Poster Jedifan227 2006/6/6 6:59 3491 10
This is what I envisioned for the movie poster. I was pleased with this one. But I think I have finally perfected the webs.In order to get the movie costume webbing, I used a new technique by using a drop shadow, to get the raised look.I think this looks cool.Let me know what you think. ENJOY! |

| Lord Thordis Shump1 2006/5/30 19:24 5104 16
I've been wanting to do this character for a while (easy now... ). Hope you like! |

| Spiderman Vs. Green Goblin (RIVALS) Jedifan227 2006/5/22 12:08 2872 9
This is my latest piece. I tried my best to capture the action of this famous rivalry. I was pretty pleased with the way it turned out. There is a larger version available, just email me if you want it. The original was too big to post. As always comments are welcome. |

| Don't Blink psychegirl 2006/5/19 0:24 4028 11
This one I'm a wee bit iffy about, namely with the lighting, but I like how it turned out. And I tried to make it bigger than the BC/Spidey one.
I started out with an image of the lovely Ms. Avril Lavigne holding microphone and wearing a tiara. After editing them out, I stuck a piece of crystal that I found on a Google search into her hand and changed it purple. I also incorporated some Blink costume elements into the pic, such as the skirt thing and the collar to give it a "real world" feel.
Then I found the pic of the alley on google and stuck her on there, did the power effects with some brush work and some dodging and burning and...viola...Blink, AKA Clarice Ferguson. |
