| Wonder Woman Pin-up Jedifan227 DC Comics 2004/12/11 22:15 6656 8
I took an inspiration from JUNFAN and decided to do a whole series of pinups like he did. The only difference being that his are done in Poser, while I use real people. I really liked my first offering (Rogue), and I figured why stop there? I have been asked several times what the names of the models I use are, so from now on, if I know, I will list it in my description. The model featured here is Katia Corriveau.Enjoy!!!! |

| Supergirl at Sunset Jedifan227 DC Comics 2004/12/7 16:57 4347 4
I originally posted this to the Boldcomics site, while Heromorph was down. I really liked the way it turned out, although after looking at it a few times since, I probably should have done the original classic costume. Enjoy! |

| Rogue Pin-up Jedifan227 Marvel Comics 2004/12/7 16:49 4081 5
I am very glad that our favorite site is back up and running again! Now, I can post my stuff!!-- Here is Rogue in a simple pin-up. I really loved the model in this one. I am also playing around with more texures in my work, hopefully improving as I go. As always, comments are appreciated. Enjoy! WELCOME BACK HEROMORPH!!! |

| Batgirl- (Black Costume) Jedifan227 Marvel Comics 2004/11/10 20:46 3216 4
I have recently posted a few pics with alternate costumes. I am really having fun doing the lesser done costumes for my manips. I am trying to test myself to do as many alternates as I can. I always liked this costume for Batgirl. It makes her look mean as hell. This was a huge base pic, and it took alot longer than I thought it would, but I am pleased. Enjoy!!! |

| Spidergirl- The Movie (Thora Birch as May Parker) Jedifan227 TV and Movies 2004/11/10 1:01 4401 4
Ok, this is a stretch. If they ever made a Spidergirl movie, this girl is perfect for the role of May Parker. I found this head shot just looking around for actresses, and had to do this manip. It was pretty simple, except for the spider-webs as usual. I loved the expression on her face, along with the correct hairstyle, and realized that she could easily be Spidergirl. I did this just as a quickie. ENJOY! |
|
| Spiderman (Black Costume 2) Jedifan227 Marvel Comics 2004/11/6 1:20 2846 3
Here is another shot of Spidey in black. Enjoy! |

| Spiderman (Black Costume) Jedifan227 Marvel Comics 2004/11/5 22:50 2804 4
I wanted to do this for awhile now. It was fairly easy to do. I used a texture filter on top of a highlight, then added another highlight over that, to keep it looking real. The spider emblem was just cut and paste. Trying to do one from scratch was aggravating to say the least. But I like this emblem better, because it doesnt go all around his torso. I always hated that part of the design. I hope you like it. ENJOY!! |
|
| Human Torch In Flight! Jedifan227 Marvel Comics 2004/11/4 2:00 3243 6
Well, due to the overwhelming response to my "Phoenix Rising" pic...I decided to do the opposite sex some justice. Here we see Torchie flying high over the city. Same technique was used, just more layers and more patience. Enjoy!! |
|
| Phoenix Rising Jedifan227 Marvel Comics 2004/10/31 1:56 5760 9
This is a hard character to do. Not so much the costume, its fairly simple, but the flames are a pain in the ass! I like the way it turned out. But I did this just to post something a little different than what I usually do. ENJOY!!! |
|
| Supergirl -(alternate costume 2) Jedifan227 DC Comics 2004/10/30 23:49 8537 8
I used almost the same design as my previous suit, but I lost the cape, changed the color scheme, and added the pants, instead of the skirt. I really like it. I hope you do too. Enjoy! |
|
| Supergirl-New Costume (Full) Jedifan227 DC Comics 2004/10/26 19:19 5250 5
Here's my new costume design in a full body shot. The other was just a preview. Enjoy! |
|
| Supergirl- New Costume Jedifan227 DC Comics 2004/10/25 21:16 4975 6
Here's my newest Supergirl costume. I loved the expression on the models face and just had to do this one. I sketched out the new suit and then tried it. I think it looks pretty good. Enjoy! |
|
| Supergirls Jedifan227 DC Comics 2004/10/25 21:03 5467 3
I made a quickie wallpaper just for the hell of it, This captures Supergirl in her two different costumes. The red and blue one is slightly modified to my design. Enjoy! |
|
| Electric Superman Jedifan227 DC Comics 2004/10/9 0:40 3939 5
I think everyone has seen the original to this manip, drawn for the old "Superman Reborn" series, or whatever it was called. But I have had this concept in my head for a while now, and finally decided to give it a try. I used a weight lifter's body, and actor Tom Jane's,(The Punisher),head. I think overall it is okay, but I got tired of tweaking it. So, this is it. ENJOY! |
|
| Wolverine Ultra Jedifan227 Marvel Comics 2004/9/24 1:09 3324 4
This is the latest in my X-Men Ultra series. I looked long and hard for a base to match my artistic vision of Wolverine. I wanted it dark and scary, but keeping the classic costume. I tried this approach before with an earlier pic...but I love the way this one turned out. I hope you do as well. ENJOY! |
|
| Wonder Woman (alternate costume) Jedifan227 DC Comics 2004/9/14 19:49 9804 6
Just a quickie I whipped up. The model is Candice Cardinelle. Enjoy! |
|
| Supergirl- Birds Eye View Jedifan227 DC Comics 2004/9/6 22:37 3851 3
I found a pose that worked, then I found a background with the same angles I was going for. A fairly simple project, only taking about 2 hours. Enjoy! |
|
| Spidergirl Swings over New York Jedifan227 Marvel Comics 2004/9/2 19:06 3209 3
I guess I am a glutton for punishment. I found the base to this pic and loved the pose. The model was Briana Banks. I kinda like doing Spidergirl, as you can probably tell, but this piece really jumps out at you I think. I hope you enjoy this one. |
|
| Supergirl Over New York Jedifan227 DC Comics 2004/8/28 2:21 4748 4
Well, I seem to have struck gold with my last piece. Thanks for all the cool comments. This picture shows SG flying high above New York as she is leaving a "friend". She has that "I'll call you later" look on her face. Either that, or..."Thanks for a good time". LOL...Enjoy! |
|
| Supergirl Flies To The Rescue! Jedifan227 DC Comics 2004/8/26 0:31 6455 10
Well, I have to say this was my hardest manip ever, and probably my personal best. I took the idea from a manip I saw on here, featuring Superman,(I hope nobody minds), and I put my own spin on it. This was 3 seperate images to start, all in large format. The original to this pic is HUGE! I spent hours perfecting Supergirl herself, then working in the plane and the background. The overall theme of the pic is cool, but the final product to me is breathtaking! I would appreciate any and all comments that you might have. Gahhh, I tired!!! ENJOY!!!!! |
|
| Spidergirl up a wall Jedifan227 Marvel Comics 2004/8/19 2:33 5376 4
I found this pose on the net and had to do this pic. I had a great deal of tweaking to do on the wall, and the background. I am not sure if I will do another one of Spidergirl or not, but I have said that before..LOL. Enjoy! Also, check out my new logo, and let me know what you think. |
|
| Spidergirl over New York Jedifan227 Marvel Comics 2004/8/13 1:33 3148 5
I spent alot of time on this one. I used a very large base pic for both the city and the model. After some serious tweaking, I got it to blend about as good as I could get it. I spent the majority of the time on the model herself. The rest of the time was getting all the hues to blend. I really am please with the way this one turned out. ENJOY!! |
|
| Hulk Vs. Spiderman Jedifan227 Marvel Comics 2004/8/9 2:06 3340 4
This one took me longer than any other manip I have ever done. I ran across an old image of H vs. S, and I was inspired. So I began looking for the right poses, and of course the right setting. Althought thecrowd looks fairly calm in the background, imagine for a second that this fight just broke loose, and it has not dawned on everyone yet. Much like when someone is mugged in broad daylight. Hulk throws a vicious left at Spidey, just as he swings from above, knocking him backwards, as the behemoth charges at the camera. Can Spiderman save New York from the Incredible Hulk?? We wil just have to wait and see. ENJOY!!! |
|
| Superman 2 Jedifan227 DC Comics 2004/7/5 21:44 3158 2
I found this base pic and thought about doing another Superman. The base was poor but I tweaked it the best I could. I think it turned out well. As always, comments appreciated. Enjoy! |
|
| Spidergirl2 Jedifan227 Marvel Comics 2004/7/1 22:37 2931 4
Ok, I have decided to do another Spider-chick, lol...but drawing web-lines with a mouse sucks!!! Anyway, I spent alot of time on this one, and I am pleased. I hope you morphers out there like it too. ENJOY! |
|
| Psylocke Ultra Jedifan227 Marvel Comics 2004/6/28 3:13 4143 7
I found this pic, and I was inspired. Although not my best work, I like it. I am doing a whole series of Ultra pics, and i am using the biggest, hi-res bases I can find. If anyone has any of men this quality, please send me a link or email them to me. Thanx!!! |
|
| Wonder Woman 40 Jedifan227 DC Comics 2004/6/28 1:15 5263 3
i loved this model's pose...but her skin tone is a bit poor. I tried to tweak it some but it looked awful..so I left it alone. This one was a quickie, so don't be too hard on me, LOL. |
|
| Rogue Ultra Jedifan227 Marvel Comics 2004/6/28 1:10 4481 7
I decided to do another Rogue, this time in her classic costume, minus the jacket. This was a great pic, and I just had to do it. I worked longer on this one than most I have done. Enjoy!!!! |
|
| Emma Frost 2 Jedifan227 Marvel Comics 2004/6/18 20:25 5988 3
This is a newer version of Emma. I loved the model, and the pic was high-res enough to get the look I wanted. Enjoy! |
|
| Supergirl 38 Jedifan227 DC Comics 2004/6/18 18:53 4297 3
I haven't done one of SG in a while, but I missed doing them. She is flying high above the city, posing sweetly for the camera. |
