Based on the old 2009 rumor of Taylor Swift playing Supergirl in a reboot movie, which was debunked by DC Comics.
However, regardless of her acting abilities (which I know nothing of) I do think that physically her youthful looks, sharp eyes, pretty face and petite, slender figure do resemble Michael Turner's version of the teenage superheroine, which is my favorite version of the character. I would love to see her in action wearing the revealing, skimpy costume.

Even though Supergirl is one of my favorite heroine characters of all time, this is one of those instances where I can let the fact that she's not an actual actress slide, since I think the movie should simply be a fun, light-hearted popcorn summer flick where the main character just needs to be a pretty eye candy and being sexy in costume on the big screen while pretending to be kicking ass, something that I think Swift might be able to do if she was given the chance and of course trained in some acting classes beforehand.
Not that it matters in any way, since it's just an old rumor after all.

Based on my favorite series of erotic superheroine in peril stories "The Adventures of the Jade Dragon" written by L'Espion

I know the costumes aren't actually 100% accurate to L'Espion's descriptions of the characters, but they're the best I can come up with.
L'Espion have always envisioned Jade Dragon as resembling Sung Hi Li (a Korean American soft-core nude model and actress), but I decided to cast Viann Zhang Xinyu (a popular Chinese actress, singer and model) in the title role, and Sara Jean Underwood (an American model, actress and Playboy Playmate) as her teenage sidekick Scarlet Falcon.
The pattern on Jade Dragon's mask is based on traditional Chinese theater masks, and Scarlet Falcon's costume is simpler with less detailing since she's the newer, inexperienced 'rookie' heroine, but still similar to Jade Dragon's because it was based on her mentor's costume.

My version of the Batgirl costume, starring the awesome Sasha Grey.
Just a fun little project to see how Batgirl would look like in a sexier, skimpier costume and using a short mini skirt to fight dangerous criminals at night, probably after being persuaded by Supergirl so that they can have a similar look.
The design is roughly inspired by other DC superheroines' costumes:
