Need help to prove a fake

A guy is posting this pic trying to pass it off as real. I?m not that great of a Photoshopper, but in my heart I know this pic is altered. If it was just the S in the clouds I would accept it, but not the shield background and the way it jumps out. Not to mention in some areas the straight lines. Does anyone have a professional background that can discredit this man? Here is a link to the pic. I thank yoa all for any help.
