New Girl in house with question

Hi guys i am new here and I am very impressed with your artwork and i decide to start to do my own superhero artwork too I have everything needed DAZ3D AND photoshop cs5
But i have some questions
Is it possible to make a 3D model skin convert to real human skin
I want to make my fav heroine (Polaris) in DAZ3D then replace 3D model face with actress i pick for a role in photoshop but what the 3D OUTFIT AND SKIN WHAT I HAVE TO DO
PLUS DO YOU HAVE a right model and outfit for 3D MANIP
I will be appreciated very much thanx xoxo........
