Thank You.

To the men and women who served this country, today we honor you by thanking you.

For those who gave their blood, sweat, tears in climates of frost, steam, and sand, thank you.

To those who gave their lives for this great country to endure, we remember and thank you for your sacrifice.

To those who fought in World War 2, Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm, and engagements around the world too numerous to name, we thank you.

To those who may not have fought for our country, but honorably and faithfully served, making a sacrifice of time, making a commitment not everyone is willing to make, we thank you.

To those who have lost sons, brothers, husbands, daughters, sisters, and wives, we thank you for their sacrifice and ask that you forgive a country for selfishly needing them.

Today we recognize you, but for the rest of year, we sleep soundly under the blanket of your protection, and for that, we thank you.

We thank you for actions we do not understand, but actions you willingly take everyday.

We thank those who are deployed in locations around the world, far from their native soil, and wish you to return as quickly as possible.

We thank you and ask for your forgiveness, because we do not and cannot thank you enough for your service.

From a loving nation to its always faithful guardians, America thanks you.

It's never enough, but...

THANK YOU!
