Nope, Server is in Canada and not bound by our rules in the USA :) Oh found a minor bug with the Members gallery. Every time I post a comment on an image it brings me back to the home page. Also when trying to post on VL's Bat girl I get a message that redirects me back to the home page. and does not take the comment.
