As a general rule....... Once a month one of us cleans out the jar. This last time, I did it. My motivation was seeing a flood of color requests amounting to 3 pages. It's that bandwidth thing y'know. If someone came in behind me and dumped more you'd prolly have to talk to them, but you'd prolly get the same explanation I just gave.
