Bio is spot on for my 50s, 60s, and 70s picks. I'm glad I'm not the only one stumped for the rest. It seems weird that there are obvious choices for 4 decades in a row, but not before or after.
Phoebe Cates in Fast Times is certainly and icon, but it has nudity and is known as a moving image, not a still, so it doesn't fit with the others.
Can anyone go earlier than 1940?
