The 80's are tough to pin down. I don't remember the Heather Locklear poster mentioned (can you find a link?)
I do remember the snake pic, but I never really liked it.
For the 90's I can't think of anything more notorious than Janet's Rolling Stone cover. This was long before "wardrobe malfuncion" and it was considered very daring.
