I have to agree with Jr on this, Tarzan would wipe the jungle ground with Conan's @ss. 
That said, the reason I think that is because I think the same as Hawk: Conan was bread and trained to fight and to kill. Tarzan is just trying to survive and there is nothing more dangerous than someone just trying to survive and Tarzan survived until his adult age alone in the dangers of the jungle. He must have learned one trick or two in that time.
