You have the power!!! - Minor change in the galleries

after a bunch of thought and consideration we have decided to return the ability to vote on images in the gallery to the members of the site.
I am personally hoping that this will help increase site participation and involvement.
this feature was previously limited due to abuse and complaints. so we will be monotoring it a little at first.
Please rate images fairly.
Look at the image and give it your best opinion 1-10.
1 being painful to look at and 10 being a awesome picture!
