No More Queue for new members

Well yet another change in the last week here at HM.
Oct is a month of shaking things up here as the Admin settles in from the summer and beginning of fall rush and starts to have time to get back to work here at HM constantly trying to improve things here for everyone.
The New member queue was put into place at a different time in this sites history, it did it's purpose for awhile but no longer seems relevant so it is gone.
This change probably will not effect most of you here, but for those of you that needed approval to have the images in the gallery. this is no longer the case.
