Well worth the watch for the pillow fight. 
Being a die hard Wolverine fan makes me bias. First off, at the beginning of the fight, Wolverine would have cut both his arms off... not sparked off of his gauntlets. And yes, no matter how prepared Batman was for this fight, he would have lost, or realized he was going to loose and ran off.
That was cool... I need to go check out the Darth Vader v. Gandolf fight. That is two groups of nerds that are even more die hard than comic book nerds. I should know. Go DARTH!
