Of course, licensing is always a tricky legal issue and what characters go where will probably depend on which network they go to: Fox with Batman characters(Gotham), NBC getting all the DC owned mystics (Constantine) and CW getting an increasingly impressive list thanks to Arrow and Flash. I'm sure there's some characters whose on screen futures and where they'll end up are still being debated.
