Disgree here,Second punisher was waaayyyyy more worst,when you can count how much deadth the Punisher do,it is really bad...and caps america was not that bad,at least they tried,who remember the first F.F.(with low budget) or Nick Furry,Shield agent(not sure of the title) with Mister K2000(David Hasselof)...
