Re: So...What you feel about Heromorph

Well my take is fairly simple, I like the site and the people that work hard to keep Heromorph going should be proud. The same for the people that help people and offer advice.

In a lot of ways, I figure I am lucky to have stumbled onto the site, to have read some of the artist profile/interviews, and to have met some people that have helped me.

As far as looking for votes and 10s, it's nice but doesn't end my world if I don't get any. If anything, I rather get a comment about what I did wrong, could improve on, or what someone didn't like. I learned more from those than the "good job" comments. Of course I don't beat myself up over the criticism either. This is supposed to be a hobby I enjoy not stress about. I have been told that some will not offer criticism because people have gotten mad. This is sad really. Perhaps there should be an Ego-check Girl at the entrance? High heels, seamed stockings, short dress... but I digress.

I will keep plugging away, trying to improve and trying new things. To those that have helped, a big thanks. I hope it shows in what I do. To those that leave comments, thanks as well. I wish I knew enough to return the consideration. For now, I agree with CDA, I am here to stay... until the lights go out or the bouncer throws me in the alley.
