Where the heck are all the Mods?

Okay where the heck is Daruma? Has that egg finally hatched? has he gone one step beyond? And if he's elevated to a higher plane of understanding..then who takes over his duties?
Look i'm no idiot [at least that's what i keep telling myself
] so i know nobody's life revolves around Heromorph and it hardly comes first on anyone's priority list [i hope], so i understand that people have normal lives and can't check in on HM as often as many of us would like... but i would like to know who i can count on to address site issues and to offer admin. assistance?
