I can never tell if Shade is being sarcastic... 
I think Downey's a great actor, and should be able to fill the role pretty well. And Chilly, the most recent thing I've seen him in was A Scanner Darkly, which was pretty decent.
Now Norton as the Hulk I'm not too sure about. He's another great actor, I'm just not seeing him in that part.
