Even though they've broken the rule a couple times, they are still gonna stick to no flights, no tights for Clark.
I'd like to see Clark start working on separating his personalities. Shy, stumbling, nobody Clark...reporter, (what happened to journalism school) and supremely confident Supes. He just attracts too much attention to himself as a hero. Lex(and just about everyone else) has suspected him since season 1. He's not very good at the secret identity thing.
With the identities separate, they could keep the rule...no flights or tights for Clark...but Superman is a different person.
