I wish they had put Gwen Stacy in the first flick...had the Goblin kill her @ the end(just like the comic!)and then they could have brought in MJ in the second and had The Black Cat in the third! My choice for Gwen Stacy would be Yvonne Strahovski from CHUCK:
It was very annoying to me that Gwen Stacy was introduced in the third film! Here's a nice pic of Yvonne:
