When i saw the previews I initially thought he was Omega Red and then was told that he was Whiplash which i find hard to beleive especially since Whiplash was a hired killer and not Russian. I think he was Crimson Dynamo simply because he had the same name and his final version of armor looked slightly like CD's...now why he had the electric whips...i'll never know .
