Say Krasch
Did you happen to catch The Victoria Secert Special the other night?

Oh and the A.Lima was Brilliantly Sexy!

The first mistake movie makers usually make with comic book movies is straying too far away from the source material. Which usually happens because they don't know much about the character to begin with.

Take the Spiderman movie, it was successful because the guy in charge was a huge Spidey fan.
That's the first step.
Then you need people to work on the movie who really know how to make a good movie period.
Take good actors, and a good script and you've got a good foundation for good Wonderwoman movie.

Actually no I didn't, but being a Canucklehead living north of the border, I'm not sure we even got it broadcast up here.

As for your other comments I'd say you are dead on.

Sam Raimi made some great Spidey films because he loves Spider-Man. Pete Jackson did the same with LoTR, and even King Kong (which was overlong but good otherwise IMHO). Chris Nolan with Batman, and Richard Donner with Superman.

All fine proof of your assertions.

At least Whedon seems to have great respect for the character, and does great female protagonists. I'm confident that whatever he does will be faithful to the franchise.
