Cheating

The person with IP address 147.136.216.** has been placing multiple votes for the same picture. Due to this fact I have made the polls Members Only once again. The polls log your vote along with the ip address of the person voting, and now with being on members only your user ID number. This log is reviewed by us moderators and cheating will not be tolerated. I have amended the polls to reflect the actual valid votes cast and will be checking on them again when the poll expires before we declare a winner.
